We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit Manager to take full operational leadership of our Chipping Sodbury Quarry. This is a pivotal role for a hands-on leader who thrives in a heavy industrial environment and is passionate about driving excellence across safety, production, and commercial performance. You will be accountable for the end-to-end success of the quarry, leading from the front to create a high-performing, safety-first culture while maximising output, efficiency, and profitability.
