GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for a Radiation Therapist - Unit Leader to join our team at our Mandurah clinic

This is a full time, Monday to Friday role with a 9-day fortnight, giving you great work life balance and regular long weekends. Plus, with free onsite staff parking, getting to and from work is simple and stress free.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead and support a team of Radiation Therapists within the simulation or treatment units
• Provide hands on clinical leadership while continuing to deliver high quality patient care
• Ensure safe, accurate and efficient delivery of radiation therapy planning and treatments
• Foster a positive, supportive and high performing team culture
• Support recruitment, development and performance of your team
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure best practice standards are maintained
• Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for patients
• Monitor performance, contribute to service improvements and help shape how care is delivered

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

• Are experienced Radiation Therapists with strong clinical capability across planning and treatment
• Have a passion for leadership and supporting the growth of others
• Enjoy working collaboratively and building strong relationships within a team
• Are committed to delivering outstanding patient centred care
• Bring a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Have strong communication skills and a positive, solutions focused approach
• Hold current AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist
• Hold a current Radiation Use Licence (state requirements apply)
