• Customer service Greeting customers, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Team management Leading, motivating, and coaching employees, and ensuring they follow company policies
• Food and supplies Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring food quality and safety
• Restaurant cleanliness Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
• Cash control Handling cash and managing cash drops
• Shift schedule Managing the shift schedule and dealing with no-shows
