What Will You Do?
As a Unit Coordinator at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. The Unit Coordinator performs administrative support duties including composing sensitive correspondence, proof reading and editing materials for accuracy and clarity, gathering information to develop reports, maintaining department files, answering the phones, distributing mail, setting up appointments, ordering supplies, attending meetings and bringing back and communicating the information and faxing/copying materials. Uses discretion and judgment when screening visitors and telephone calls, making necessary grammatical or spelling changes in correspondence, and rearranging workload in order to meet deadlines. The equivalent base pay range for this position is $19.76 - $29.64. Your interview and offer letter will specify whether the role is hourly or salaried. Please note that this range does not include potential shift differentials, incentives, or bonuses, which may be part of the total compensation package. Final base pay will be determined based on location, experience, education, certifications, and FTE status.

Our comprehensive behavioral health center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan offers psychiatric urgent care, outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization (day programs), assessment and testing, residential, addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response, employee assistance programs, forensic psychiatry and psychology, neuromodulation and more.
The outpatient network includes offices and teletherapy services throughout Michigan, providing individualized and group therapy for people of all ages and all levels of need.
Our educational programming includes psychiatry residency and fellowships in child & adolescent, addiction and geriatric psychiatry, PA training, psychology internships, rotations for medical learners and a clinical pastoral education program.
