As a Unit Clerk with our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing units. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the nursing staff, including answering phones, taking messages, and processing medical documentation
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and charts for residents
Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Requirements:
1 year of experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
