About the role
Based on the vibrant UOW campus, you’ll be a key part of the UniShop team—bringing strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a passion for customer service to help position UniShop as the go-to destination for textbooks, books, and literary experiences.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of textbook operations while also contributing to events, community engagement, and the overall growth of the bookshop.
In the role you will:
Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure the shop reflects current trends in books
About you
You are passionate about books and understand the industry, from publishers to trends and events. You are equally comfortable behind the scenes managing stock and systems as you are on the shop floor engaging with customers.
You are proactive and organised and thrive in a collaborative environment taking pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
