As a UniSafe Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across the University of Waikato’s Hamilton campus. You will provide frontline security services, respond to incidents and emergencies, and support the wellbeing of students, staff, and visitors.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving campus patrols, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and building access management. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies, including emergency services, to ensure a professional and responsive security service at all times.
Salary will be in the range of $60,046 to $72,636 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours), based on our Hillcrest Campus. For more information on the role please see the
