At Unipartner, being a Senior Consultant comes with an exciting & challenging role. Their senior consultants work on billable engagements to design, develop and implement solutions by using standard or new methods, techniques and top IT Tech solutions, consistently delivering high client value.

This senior consultant will work on our Data and Artificial Intelligence team, analyzing, creating and implementing new technical and business solutions, developing pre-sales and project management activities as well as mentoring team members.

This role will be part of a technology consultancy team with vast mission-critical application experience, working with major clients in different sectors.

What is the challenge?

In this role, you will:
▪ Design and lead end-to-end AI architectures in collaboration with business and technical teams;
▪ Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and resilient technical solutions;
▪ Define and integrate AI systems across data, infrastructure and application layers;
▪ Ensure compliance with security, privacy and resilience-by-design principles;
▪ Stay aligned with emerging AI and GenAI trends and technologies;
▪ Participate in large-scale client engagements;
▪ Ability to identify fundamental problems from real-world cloud use-cases and design, build, and validate successful AI solutions;
▪ Solution architecture and design experience, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and developing scalable and robust AI solutions;
▪ Strategic mindset combined with execution strength, able to structure complex challenges into actionable roadmaps;

Technical skills

▪ +2 years in Technical Architecture roles, with AI exposure;
▪ Bachelor's degree or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Data Science;
▪ Microsoft Certification: Azure AI Engineer or Azure Data Scientist Associate is a plus;
▪ Experience building AI products using LLMs, embeddings or other natural language technologies, particularly leveraging Vector Search;
▪ Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search;
▪ Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, guardrails and AI observability;
▪ Understanding of AI governance, security and responsible AI principles;
▪ Experience integrating enterprise AI services (Azure Foundry);
▪ Knowledge of secure architecture (identity, access, secrets management).
