THE POSITION

The Uniform Team Member supports the daily operations of the uniform room, ensuring all arena staff are outfitted professionally and consistently. This role includes uniform distribution, inventory tracking, and laundry duties to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient wardrobe system for all departments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Uniform Management
    • Issue and collect uniforms for staff across departments (security, guest services, concessions, etc.).
    • Maintain accurate records of uniform distribution, returns, and inventory levels.
    • Order and distribute name tags as required
    • Maintain tracking of the uniforms that have been borrowed for the event.
    • Register new employees across multiple department disciplines.
    • Follow up on any uniform requests.
  • Laundry Operations
    • Operate washers, dryers, and pressing equipment to clean and prepare uniforms.
    • Inspect garments for damage or stains; report issues and remove substandard items from circulation.
    • Fold, hang, and organize clean uniforms for easy access and distribution.
    • Perform minor repairs (buttons, hems) or coordinate with tailoring services.
  • Team & Event Support
    • Assisting in distributing and handing out uniforms to part-time employees.
    • Conducting coat check for any staff personal belongings.
    • Interact with part-time staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Other
    • Active participation in the Safety Program and follow all safety rules.
    • All other duties as required.

THE INDIVIDUAL

The ideal individual will have the following background:

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong organization skills with experience managing a high volume of customers.
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate shifts across daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
  • Ability to handle the physical requirements of the role including heavy lifting and hours of standing.
  • Positive attitude and customer service approach
  • We’re looking for someone who can adapt to changing hours, including evenings and early mornings.

CERTIFICATIONS

  • A high school diploma is considered an asset.
