THE JOB:
As a Uniform Attendant and Seamer, you will be the first point of contact in shaping an exceptional guest experience with your warm smile and attentive service. Your role is essential in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued, setting the tone for their entire experience with us

THE STARTING RATE: $17.48

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist guest with all uniform related needs and provide excellent customer service consistent with the company and property’s core service standards and brand attributes

• Oversee the daily operations in regard to processing all new hires, data entry, directing repair orders and oversee seamstress assignments

• Conduct all repairs and alterations to team member uniforms

• Work with uniform inventory software to maintain employee and inventory records, including applying barcodes/RFID chips and name labels

• Operate conveyor system, heat-seal, pressing equipment, and other uniform related machinery including commercial washing machines and steam irons where applicable

• Adhere to all Health Department, OSHA, sanitations, and safety regulations to include chemical usage for spotting

• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Hand sewing and machine sewing experience

• Knowledge of different types of stitches (e.g., straight, zigzag, overlock)

• Understanding of fitting clothes and making adjustments such as hems, seams, and more

• Ability to suggest style modifications or customizations

• Proficient with sewing machines and comfortable using scissors, measuring tape, pins, irons, and other specialized tools

• Precision in cutting, sewing, and finishing

• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects

• Professional demeanor, especially during fittings or consultations
