Uniform Attendant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining professional standards? We are looking for a Uniform Attendant who will ensure all staff uniforms are clean, well-maintained, and issued correctly, supporting a polished and professional team appearance across the hotel.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Issuing, collecting, and tracking staff uniforms according to hotel policies.
• Inspecting uniforms for cleanliness, damage, and proper presentation.
• Coordinating with the laundry team to ensure timely washing, pressing, and repairs.
• Maintaining accurate records of uniform inventory, sizes, and staff allocations.
• Ensuring sufficient uniform stock is available for all departments and new joiners.
• Handling uniform requests, exchanges, and replacements professionally.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the uniform room and storage areas.
• Supporting new employee onboarding by issuing uniforms promptly.
• Following hotel hygiene, safety, and SOP standards at all times.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Uniform Attendant or Linen/Costume Attendant is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle records, inventories, and basic documentation.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage
• Physically fit to handle uniforms, sorting, and storage tasks.
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
