Join our Workplace Technology Group, where innovation meets reliability. We’re looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to help shape the future of our communications platforms—supporting telephony, unified messaging, and meeting room systems that are central to our firm’s growth.
What you’ll do:
Lead and support incident, problem, and change activities across telephony and unified communications technologies.
Contribute to the design and implementation of meeting room solutions and communication platforms.
Provide expert guidance and training to technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and meet performance targets.
Collaborate with project and service transition teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and support disaster recovery planning and testing.
What you’ll bring:
Experience with Teams Enterprise Voice / Direct Routing, Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet, and meeting room equipment (e.g. Logitech, Q-Sys, Crestron MTR).
Strong understanding of IP networking principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.
Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Desirable skills and qualifications:
Knowledge of Ribbon SBC, Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast SEG, and video interop technologies.
Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Teams, Zoom/WebEx, or Qsys Level 1.
