Join the team as an intern and work on end-to-end digitalisation initiatives, including robotics process automation (RPA), application development, and system integration. This internship provides exposure to full-cycle digital solution development, from process identification to system implementation. Interns will gain hands-on experience in RPA, application development, and cross-functional digital transformation projects.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Identify automation opportunities across operations, finance, and procurement functions.
• Develop and implement RPA solutions to reduce manual processes.
• Support application development and integration of digital tools and systems.
• Build dashboards and tools to enhance decision-making and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python, VBA, or JavaScript) with familiarity in automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate) and an interest in data visualisation or databases
• Strong ability to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical solutions
• Eager to learn new tools quickly, with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across teams
• Keen interest in digitalisation, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
