Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Preparation of new business documents/extension of agreements (e.g. policies, renewals, invoices, lists of open items, etc.).
  • Preparation of data and reports in accordance with the instructions of supervisor or client's needs (e.g. daily reports, weekly reports, gathering of data, etc.).
  • Analysing changes in processes and communicating with the responsible client teams.
  • Ensuring continuity of tasks performed and the achievement of SLAs.
  • Updating and creating WIM documentation in accordance with changes.

Qualifications

Our requirements

  • German language (spoken and written) min. level B2
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office package (Excel)
  • Attention to details.

Optional

  • English language – level B1 (good to have, not required)
