The Underwriting & Policy Services Internship is designed for business-focused college students interested in insurance, risk management, finance, analytics, or operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to underwriting and policy services within an excess workers’ compensation carrier.
Because this role is structured as a longer-term internship (full-time in the summer and part-time during the school year), responsibilities will be introduced progressively. The focus is on learning core concepts, building technical skills, and developing an underwriting mindset rather than immediate full ownership of all duties.
