About The Role
Responsibilities:
Registration of underwriting and claim cases via our administrative system
Become proficient in knowledge of tools and processes used in Life & Health Underwriting & Claims department
Working with underwriters, claims assessors, IT and other business functions
Responsible for tools access management and support our external and internal clients with user help related requests
Own reporting for L&H Underwriting & Claims department
Drive one team culture through ownership of our SharePoint and other communication platforms
Suggest and implement process improvements, participate in projects and show ownership on initiatives that will improve the status quo
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks in order to support smooth operations of the L&H Underwriting & Claims
About You
Communication in English within dedicated team across the globe (no other language required)
Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools
Data literacy - ability to read and interpret data is an advantage
Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and Stargate
Interest in IT systems and technical operations
Proactive solution development
Strong communication and analytical skills
Positive issue resolution attitude
Innovative with a 'can do' approach
Strong teamwork skills, both independently and collaboratively
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1 300 and EUR 2 100per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
