Chubb is looking for an Underwriter Operations Technician – Offline to support the end-to-end processing of offline business within the UWR Centre. This role helps ensure efficient operations, accurate data handling, and strong service delivery across underwriting support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support offline underwriting operations and language-dependent branch activities.
• Enter data into underwriting and other business systems accurately and within SLA.
• Prepare policy documentation and underwriting files to meet quality and audit standards.
• Manage broker and internal queries, including credit control support and issue resolution.
• Support QA, reporting, and operational process improvements.
• Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and new business tools.
• Work closely with local teams, brokers, and the wider operations team to deliver excellent service.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent level in English, and another european language (ideally Dutch, German, French or Spanish)
• Some insurance experience, with a desire to grow your career in the industry.
• Good attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn new systems.
• Good commands using Ms Excel and AI tools.
