You have at least 3 years of P&C insurance experience, preferably underwriting in the high net worth space. You are comfortable owning a book of business. Business Management:Reviewing yourbook of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition.
Broker Partnership: Building and managingbroker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members.
Underwriting Execution: Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts.

Well, there’s nothing average about PURE, and our Underwriting role is no exception.We’re all on the same team working together to provide the highest quality insurance experience to our membership!So, while our excellent service groups work diligently to serve our brokers and membership with standard requests, you’ll manage the higher complexity endorsements and review inspections And as PURE's gatekeeper, protecting our membership will remain top of mind when you quote and bind new business and renewals. Sincerelationships arethe name of the game for our Underwriters, you’llalso work closely with our Territory Managers to developmeaningful broker relationshipsthrough virtual and in-person meetings

The base salary for this role can range from $85,500 CAD to $104,500 CAD based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
