I tjänsten som underhållsspecialist ansvarar du för att säkerställa planering inför våra underhållsstopp, det löpande underhållet samt driva förbättringsarbete såsom förebyggande- och tillståndsbaserat underhåll i samråd med Underhållschef. Arbetet innebär mycket kontakter med leverantörer och entreprenörer där du ansvarar för att säkerställa att tillräckliga resurser finns på plats vid underhållstopp. En annan del i arbetet som underhållsspecialist är att felsöka, analysera, identifiera ny teknik och representera sitt område i olika forum.

Det här är en nyckelroll för en tekniskt stark och operativt närvarande specialist som trivs där det händer. Du är den som kliver fram när det är komplext, otydligt eller utmanande. Den som strukturerar, prioriterar och ser till att beslut faktiskt omsätts i handling.
Du är ansvarsfull, ödmjuk, gillar ordning och reda och är bra på att följa upp. Vi ser även gärna att du är en person som tycker det är kul och vågar att dela med dig av dina erfarenheter i olika konstellationer för att hitta den bästa lösningen inom ditt område.
Din profil:
Du är trygg i din tekniska kompetens och har en ingenjörsbakgrund eller motsvarande erfarenhet. Du har drivit projekt i produktionsmiljö och vet vad som krävs för att skapa verklig förändring.
Du kombinerar analysförmåga med stark handlingskraft. Du är nyfiken, uthållig och har modet att fatta beslut i komplexa situationer
