Celestar Corporation is seeking a qualified professional to join our unique team as a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency Underground Facilities Analysis program in Reston, VA. If you have the skills and the drive, we’d love for you to apply!

Your Role:

As a Senior All-Source Underground Facilities Analyst, you will:

• Lead and develop junior All-Source Intelligence Analysts.
• Conduct underground facility research and analysis.
• Support the Combatant and Strategic Commands’ target development
• Maintain military intelligence databases and produce analytic products for our intelligence community.
• Support reverse engineering efforts and stay up to date on Underground Facilities (UGF)-specific areas.
• Publish all-source analytical and foundational intelligence reports in accordance with established ICD 203/206 writing standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A solid understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines.
• The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and defend analytic judgments.
• Proficiency in producing clear and concise analytic reports and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with intelligence collection capabilities and the evaluation of collected intelligence.
• Familiarity with analytic methodologies such as Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil’s Advocacy, Red Team Analysis, etc.
• Experience with intelligence analysis tools like Record Message Traffic (RMT), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), MIDB, Google Earth, etc.
• Strong understanding and application of ICD 203/206 writing standards

Experience: A minimum of 12 years of relevant analysis experience, with some experience within the last 2 years.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
