Your opportunity:
The Undergraduate Program Coordinator is part of the Academic Programs team and responsible for supporting the day-to-day academic operations of the Bachelor of Information (BI) Undergraduate program. The team supports the academic administration of the Faculty of Information.
Under the general direction of the Assistant Dean, Academic Programs and Governance, and supporting the BI Program Director and Associate Dean, Teaching and Learning, the incumbent is responsible for assisting in the implementation, launch, and operation of the Faculty’s new First-Entry BI Program (first cohort of students to be admitted for the fall 2027 semester). The role supports academic program delivery and quality assurance through interpreting policies and developing appropriate procedures, coordinating program activities, and providing guidance.
