Administrative Operations & Customer Service:
Serves as the primary point of first contact for student visitors, telephone inquiries, and general undergraduate office emails.
Manages the daily operations of undergraduate student services, including email communications and calendar management for the Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, and Associate Director. Delivers high-quality customer service to prospective students and families, including coordinating and overseeing CSON-specific individual tours. Ensures all student-facing documents, presentations, and official department communications are accurate, professional, and up to date.
Academic Services Support:
Provides administrative support for CSON first-year orientation and registration sessions. Assists with maintenance of Undergraduate Student Records, including tracking clinical sequencing, course plan assignments, and summer course approvals.
Utilizes the Navigate Platform to administer and assign midterm progress report cases to the appropriate student services professional. Provides direct student administrative support for obtaining equivalency documentation for CNA/PCA roles.
Program and Event Support:
Assists with logistics and setup/breakdown for programming and large-scale events, including printing, ordering food, supplies, and external services. Including but not limited to Convocation and Commencement; Scrubs Retreat, Seacole Scholars programs, etc.
Examinations Administration:
Coordinates and administers the Health Education Systems Incorporated (HESI) exam for the graduating senior class for (December, May, and August graduates). Serves as a second-line exam proctor.

Hiring Range: $24.78/hr to $30.96/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.



Requirements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of support experience preferably in higher education.
  • High School diploma required; Baccalaureate degree preferred.

  • Must be able to make decisions ensuring compliance with academic policies.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and manage administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Have a high degree of professionalism and customer-service orientation as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Can-do attitude and positive outlook required.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
