The Opportunity

Our high-performing Queensland Environment team is continuing to grow, supported by a strong pipeline of exciting projects across renewables, utilities infrastructure, residential development, Brisbane 2032 Olympics, environmental studies, dams and hydropower, solar energy, energy transition and roads and rail.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Environmental Planning or Environmental Science Undergraduate to join our Brisbane team for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading global consultancy, working alongside experienced environmental professionals on a diverse range of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of environmental impact assessments, approval applications and environmental management plans.
  • Support environmental studies, assessments and reporting.
  • Contribute to project delivery within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist with research, data analysis and technical documentation.
  • Develop practical skills while working with experienced environmental professionals.

About You

  • Currently in your third or penultimate year of study in Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
  • Passionate about building a career in environmental planning and consulting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.
