Position Summary:

Undergraduate Course Assistants will assist first year medical in anatomy dissections (16 hours). Undergraduate Course Assistants should demonstrate an ability to teach human anatomy in the anatomy lab and be able to facilitate student dissections of the abdomen. Undergraduate Course Assistants will also participate in the supervision and facilitation of anatomy review time (4 hours). Availability is required on the following dates and times:

February 1st (Monday): 12:30 - 2:30 pm

February 3rd (Wednesday): 12:30 - 2:30 pm

February 4th (Thursday): 1:00 - 3:00 pm

February 5th (Friday): 1:30 - 3:30 pm

February 8th (Monday): 12:30 - 2:30 pm

February 10th (Wednesday): 1:00 - 3:00 pm

February 11th (Thursday): 1:00 - 3:00 pm

February 12th (Friday): 1:30 - 3:30 pm

February 19th (Friday) Self-Directed: 1:00 - 3:00 pm

February 19th (Friday) Self-Directed: 3:00 - 5:00 pm

Qualifications:

Must have previous laboratory experience in human anatomy on topics relevant to the course description. Strong knowledge of abdominal anatomy, experience with abdominal dissection and good communication skills are essential. Effective communication skills in English are essential. Communication in French is an asset.
