As a Clarion Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass a company background check.
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and to interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories.
Must maintain a valid Armed Security License which is required by the state you are applying for.
As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology.
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and effectively.
Ability to deescalate situations and clearly operate within and articulate the Use of Force Continuum.
Able to:
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
