Summary
The Unanet Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of the Unanet ERP system used for project management, financial reporting, timekeeping, accounting, and resource planning. This role works cross-functionally with Finance, Contracts, Program Management, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate project setup, system integrity, and reliable reporting across the organization. The Unanet Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for system configuration, reporting, and user support while ensuring the platform aligns with company policies, government contract requirements, and financial controls. The Unanet Analyst is responsible for:
- System Administration
- Project & Contract Setup
- Timekeeping & Labor Management
- Financial & Project Reporting
- Integration & Data Management
- User Support & Training
- Process Improvement
Clearance Requirements

Required Skills & Certifications
- 2–5 years of experience administering or supporting Unanet or similar project-driven ERP systems.
- Experience working in government contracting environments.
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting and labor charging practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desired Skills & Certifications
- Experience administering Unanet GovCon ERP.
- Familiarity with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliant timekeeping and expense reporting practices.
- Experience with project financial reporting and program controls.
- Experience supporting Deltek, Unanet integrations, or similar GovCon systems.
- Knowledge of government contract structures (CLINs, Task Orders, WBS).
