Requirements

We are seeking an experienced
UltiPro (UKG Pro) Payroll Senior Consultant
with strong expertise in
US Payroll configuration and support
(UK Payroll experience preferred). The ideal candidate will manage payroll system configuration, support enhancements, testing activities, and stakeholder communication while ensuring stable payroll operations and compliance with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Support & Configuration

• 
  Provide day-to-day functional support for
  UltiPro / UKG Pro Payroll
  systems.

• 
  Perform configuration changes, enhancements, and impact analysis.

• 
  Support payroll processing including
  year-end payroll activities
  .

• 
  Ensure system stability through testing of upgrades, patches, and changes.

System Enhancements & Releases

• 
  Review UltiPro releases, patches, and updates.

• 
  Communicate system changes and impact to stakeholders.

• 
  Maintain and update configuration workbooks and documentation.

Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management

• 
  Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

• 
  Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and track resolution.

• 
  Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for payroll best practices.

Testing & Documentation

• 
  Create functional design documents, test plans, and test scripts.

• 
  Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.

• 
  Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and documentation updates.

Integration & Vendor Coordination

• 
  Liaise with UKG and third-party vendors for integration or product issues.

• 
  Ensure smooth coordination across payroll, HR, and related systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• 
  3+ years hands-on experience in
  UltiPro / UKG Pro Payroll
  .

• 
  Strong experience in
  US Payroll configuration (mandatory)
  ; UK payroll is preferred.

• 
  Experience in payroll processing, year-end activities, and system enhancements.

• 
  Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve functional defects.

• 
  Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• 
  Techno-functional exposure to payroll integrations.

• 
  Experience in upgrades, patches, and regression testing.

• 
  Knowledge of payroll compliance and HR business processes.

Education

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / B.E / MBA / MCA or equivalent preferred)
