UK&I Consumer & SMB Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager – Consumer & SMB (PCs) to lead marketing strategy and execution across Consumer Premium and Small Business segments This role is responsible for driving ONE HP Storytelling, growing premium market share, strengthening competitive positioning, and driving demand for high-value PC devices across Prosumer audiences (including students) and small businesses with unmanaged IT environments.

The Marketing Manager will lead a team, collaborate with senior cross function teams across the UKI organisation, alliance partners and agencies, orchestrate integrated demand generation programs across digital, media, and partner channels. Success in this role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, campaign leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration

Mission:

  • Gain Consumer Premium share from competition within Prosumer audiences (including students) and Micro + Small businesses with unmanaged IT, through strong and differentiated positioning.
  • Win Premium BNB (Business Notebooks) share above $1200 in transactional channels by focusing on SMB demand generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Segment Growth

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Consumer Premium and SMB segments in the PC portfolio.
  • Drive competitive differentiation and positioning for premium devices targeting Prosumer and SMB users.
  • Identify growth opportunities within students, creators, entrepreneurs, and small business owners across the 4Ps and partner with cross functional teams to build and execute winning strategies

Demand & Lead Generation

  • Architect and orchestrate integrated lead and demand generation campaigns focused on SMB acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop programs targeting micro and small businesses without dedicated IT, simplifying messaging around productivity, security, and value.
  • Partner with sales and channel teams to ensure strong pipeline creation and transactional conversion.

Consumer Campaigns

  • Lead consumer media campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales for premium devices.
  • Manage full-funnel marketing execution including awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Optimize media mix across digital, retail, social, and performance channels.

Alliances & Partnerships

  • Work closely with alliance partners (e.g., software, platform, and ecosystem partners) to co-develop joint campaigns and value propositions.
  • Activate partner funding and programs to amplify campaign reach and impact.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and operational guidance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, category, sales, channel, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.
  • Support channel partners with campaign assets, enablement tools, and go-to-market plans.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and track KPIs across share growth, demand generation, campaign ROI, and revenue impact.
  • Use insights and data to continuously optimize marketing performance.
  • Manage investment decisions and utilisation of spend

Key Performance Indicators

  • Growth in Consumer Premium PC share in Prosumer segments.
  • Increased Premium BNB share above $1200 in SMB transactional channels.
  • Lead generation and pipeline contribution for SMB.
  • Campaign ROI, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Brand and product consideration in target segments.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
