  • Own the Commercial Marketing operating rhythm, including planning cycles, governance meetings, business reviews, leadership updates and executive-ready reporting.

  • Coordinate GTM plans across Enterprise, Public Sector, ABM, Mid-Market and SMB, ensuring segment plans are aligned to commercial priorities, audience needs and route-to-market focus.

  • Track delivery of marketing plans, milestones, actions and investment decisions, ensuring activity remains aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes.

  • Provide central oversight of One HP New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, ensuring consistent visibility, planning, stakeholder alignment and execution readiness across segment marketing teams, including launch timelines, messaging, sales enablement and integrated activation plans.

  • Monitor marketing performance across funnel health, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, budget utilisation and ROI, providing actionable recommendations to improve impact.

  • Build executive-ready reports that clearly communicate priorities, progress, risks, recommendations and commercial impact.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Leads, Sales, Category, Performance Marketing, Finance Operations, Global/EMEA Marketing, Agencies and CoEs to drive joined-up execution.

  • Leads the development of integrated One HP content journeys, aligning messaging, tactics by audience, segment, route-to-market and sales stage.

  • Integrate priority events, partner activations and always-on digital/social tactics into connected customer journeys, including pre, during and post-activation follow-up.

  • Identify and lead AI-enabled process improvements, automation opportunities and consistent ways of working to improve team productivity and execution quality.

  • Lead selected GTM activations from planning through execution, measurement and optimisation.

  • Support priority strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement and leadership decision-making across the commercial marketing organisation.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, programme management, commercial marketing or marketing operations.

  • Experience in the technology sector, complex B2B environments or multi-segment commercial marketing is advantageous.

  • Experience working with sales, partners, agencies, finance and cross-functional marketing teams is preferred.

Success Measures

  • Clear and consistent UK&I Commercial Marketing operating rhythm, governance and planning cadence.

  • Delivery of segment GTM plans across Enterprise, Public Sector, ABM, Mid-Market and SMB.

  • Improved visibility of marketing performance, budget utilisation, funnel progression and commercial impact.

  • Stronger alignment across marketing, sales, category, finance, agencies, partners and CoEs.

  • Higher-quality executive reporting, decision-making and investment prioritisation.

  • Measurable contribution to MQLs, MGOs, pipeline creation, engagement, conversion and marketing-influenced revenue.

  • Adoption of improved processes, AI-enabled efficiencies and scalable ways of working.

Impact & Scope

  • Drives operational excellence and GTM discipline across the UK&I Commercial Marketing organisation, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, governed effectively, measured consistently and activated with commercial impact. The role influences senior stakeholders, improves cross-functional execution and enables the wider marketing team to deliver against business growth priorities with clarity, accountability and pace.
