The opportunity

EY wavespace Dublin is where strategy, innovation and transformation come together to help organisations solve complex challenges and create meaningful change. As an Experience Designer and Facilitator, you will play a key role in helping senior leaders and executive teams align on priorities, make important decisions and accelerate transformation outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

• Supporting and leading the design and delivery of immersive client experiences and workshops.
• Translating client challenges into clear objectives, structured agendas and engaging session designs.
• Creating visual collaboration tools, presentation materials and workshop assets that enhance participant engagement.
• Planning and coordinating session logistics, materials and content to ensure seamless delivery.
• Facilitating discussions, breakout sessions and collaborative activities that encourage participation and innovation.
• Capturing insights, synthesising outputs and developing high-quality deliverables that support client outcomes.

Skills and attributes for Success

• Demonstrating experience supporting or facilitating client-facing workshops and collaborative experiences.
• Applying human-centred design, design thinking and agile approaches to problem solving.
• Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Building trusted relationships through strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
• Using collaboration and facilitation tools such as Miro and Microsoft Office applications.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality delivery standards.

Ideally, You’ll also have

• Experience in a consulting, advisory or agency environment.
• Exposure to experience design, innovation, strategy, service design or business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks and collaborative ways of working.
• Experience applying human-centred design methods to complex business challenges.
