As we continue to enhance the capabilities of our global operations teams at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), we recognize the importance of integrating a robust CRM Operational Excellence Framework to elevate control over our processes, decision-making, and activities. This framework is crucial for supporting the growth of our business teams across different locations and for reinforcing our commitment to building a better working world.

This opportunity is about being part of a high performing CRM operation team (PACE (L1, L2 & L3) and infrastructure enablement) across CRM GDS locations and business units to identify and strengthen CRM operation as an Associate.

As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our risk management tools, delivering Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support based on the specific needs of the regions we operate in. Your role will involve working closely with the PACE Central Support team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of these tools, which are essential for the risk management processes within EY.

You will be expected to demonstrate a proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong communication skills are also crucial, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders within the organization. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding EY's reputation for integrity and promoting a culture of excellence and compliance across our global operations.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps.
• Streamline business operations and workflows through automation to enhance effectiveness and output.
• Tailoring and setting up a variety of backend data environments (e.g. Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL) and tools to align with business requirements.
• Create, update and maintain project delivery and governance documentation.
• Merging Power BI analytics and Power Apps within SharePoint for integrated data exchange and application rollout.
• Support analytics team with PowerBI dashboard designs and data modelling.
• Crafting data structures and executing data modification procedures.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise reporting on KPIs measuring digital performance.
• Working jointly with key stakeholders to grasp their requirements to provide meaningful Power Platform based solutions.
• Manage tasks and activities in a timely manner and is responsible for specific outcomes.
• Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities.
• Learn the firm structure, business strategies, service lines, and people of the firm.
• Build a network of people within RMS and across the firm.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduate/Master in any stream (preferred MBA-Finance, B. Com, BBA)
• Experience with building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps.
• 1 - 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform with a strong ability to recommend Power Platform solutions to stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with managing stakeholders.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality & Integrity.
• Attention to details is a must.
• Analytical ability, Decision Making Skills, Team Player.
• Knowledge in MS office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Hands-on experience with a focus on analysing and solving business problems.
• Knowledge of a visualisation tool like Power BI is an added advantage.
