
The Sr Business Systems Analyst (UKG Pro WFM)provides functional and operational support for the organization’s workforce management systems, including UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) and the legacy Kronos Workforce Central environment. This role is responsible for system configuration, maintenance, testing, and issue resolution across Timekeeping, Absence Management, Advanced Scheduling, and Accruals. The analyst partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders to support workforce processes, ensure system integrity, and maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations. The role also supports ongoing enhancements and workforce technology initiatives within the department.
