Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UKG HRIS Analyst. This individual will be primarily focused on the support and maintenance of the UKG Pro and WFM modules. This position serves as a technical and functional resource for UKG Pro WFM, ensures data integrity, configures system, tests system changes, and troubleshoots functionality with end users. This individual will be responsible for full life-cycle integrations; including analysis, design, system configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live. Deliver ongoing production support, enhance reporting and analytics, and analyze processes for process improvement opportunities. The overall goals of the HR Operations department are to streamline processes, support implementation and acquisitions, and maintain high functionality of all HR systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support HR system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
  • Should be subject matter expert in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Leave Management, Accruals and Analytics.
  • Provides UKG Pro WFM technical support, system maintenance, support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Maintains optimal functionality of UKG Pro WFM including implementations, customization, employee maintenance, and upgrades to modules.
  • Oversees documentation of requirements, development, implementation, and testing to support end users, policies, and processes.
  • Works with the HR, Integration & Payroll teams to consolidate data models and drive harmonization process decisions.
  • Supports upgrades, enhancements, and testing of system updates when released by system vendors.
  • Evaluate and ensure strong practices and compliance in process management, SOX audit, data security and privacy regulations, etc.
  • Provide ongoing management and strategic evaluation of UKG Pro WFM modules to ensure alignment with organizational goals, competitive landscape, and related procedures to ensure best practice.
  • Partners with Integration, Payroll and Human Resources Center of Excellence leaders regarding system design, configuration needs, and system updates.
  • Ensure data infrastructure supports future growth and integration of data for analytical insights.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s degree in HR, information technology, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of related Professional experience and education; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of HRIS experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment
  • Hands-on experience with UKG PRO and WFM. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or migrations
  • Hands-on experience with Kronos
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Experience generating reports utilizing Cognos and analyzing HR data

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience in healthcare, MSO, or large enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting HRIS integrations and automation initiatives (RPA exposure a plus)
  • High attention to detail with strong data integrity standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Healthcare experience with multiple locations and system configurations is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work hybrid from the Tampa area office
