About the Team

The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our UK&EU FBT Operations team. Together we can build a logistics platform that is an essential part of an e-Commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.

- Coordinate with park/property management teams and various administrative service providers. Respond to operational issues in a timely manner, follow up on coordination and resolution, and drive issues to closure to ensure smooth park and business operations;

- Manage the end-to-end ordering and procurement process for packaging and consumable materials across FBT-UK warehouses. Provide office-related administrative and logistics support, continuously improve service processes and quality, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations;

- Oversee the full lifecycle management of equipment and materials, including ordering, procurement, regular stocktaking, and disposal, to ensure compliant management and efficient utilization of resources;

- Work closely with the reconciliation and settlement teams to provide required data and materials accurately and on time. Respond promptly to issues returned from the reconciliation and settlement process and coordinate resolution to support smooth settlement operations;

- Keep pace with business changes and proactively provide resource support to warehouse operations teams. Accurately capture business needs, ensure timely resource supply, and support smooth business execution.

Minimum Qualification(s)

- Relevant administrative management experience in a logistics company, retail enterprise, or factory environment;

- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and drive tasks to completion;

- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to business needs while solving problems actively;

- Strong teamwork mindset and solid execution capability;

- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification(s)

- Understanding of the logistics industry;

- Familiarity with administrative procurement and materials management processes;

- Experience in service provider management;

- Team management experience.
