Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Subscriber Development Manager to join our European New Subscriber Development team.

In this role, you'll work with organizations that have already expressed interest in Benchmark Gensuite's industry-leading Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, and Operational Excellence software platform. Rather than cold calling or outbound prospecting, you'll engage with qualified prospective customers to understand their business objectives, deliver tailored product demonstrations, answer solution and commercial questions, and guide them through their evaluation journey toward becoming Benchmark Gensuite subscribers.

Working closely with Marketing, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and the broader New Subscriber Development team, you'll play a key role in helping prospective customers understand the value of Benchmark Gensuite while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative professional who enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges, and helping organizations improve performance through technology.

This is a UK-based remote position with occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration. Candidates located within reasonable proximity to London are preferred. Additional European language skills are desirable but are not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified prospective customers who have expressed interest in Benchmark Gensuite's software solutions.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer business priorities, operational challenges, and strategic objectives.
• Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that showcase how Benchmark Gensuite addresses each customer's unique needs.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders throughout the customer evaluation process.
• Guide prospective customers through solution evaluations, answer commercial questions, and support a seamless transition to becoming a Benchmark Gensuite subscriber.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure a smooth and engaging customer journey from initial inquiry through evaluation.
• Partner with Solution Consultants on technical demonstrations and complex customer requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer activity, opportunity details, and pipeline information within Salesforce.
• Stay informed on industry trends and customer priorities related to EHS, Sustainability, ESG, Risk Management, and Operational Excellence.
• Represent Benchmark Gensuite at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events as appropriate.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS, consulting, business development, or solution-oriented role.
• Experience conducting discovery meetings and delivering software demonstrations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Interest or experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, ESG, Risk Management, or Operational Excellence software is highly desirable.
• Additional European language proficiency is an advantage.
