We are looking for an experienced and inspirational UK Service Operations Director to lead the transformation and growth of our Commercial HVAC and Residential Service businesses across the UK.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, this senior leadership role is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the UK Service business. You will drive operational excellence, improve profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth of our service offering, including digital and connected services.
Working closely with European Service functional leaders, you will develop and execute strategies that improve productivity, strengthen our installed base, increase service agreement renewals, and deliver sustainable business growth.
This role requires regular travel across the UK.

The annual salary for this position is between £62,500.00-£125,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements
