Position Title: U.K. Bookkeeper (Level 2)

Work Set Up: Office-Based

Schedule: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a Level 2 UK Bookkeeper to support a growing UK accountancy practice with approximately 240 clients across various industries.

What You'll Do:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping for UK clients.
• Process invoices, receipts and transactions using Dext and QuickBooks.
• Use Briefcase where applicable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve unmatched transactions.
• Prepare basic VAT returns, including Flat Rate VAT.
• Assist with CIS processing and returns.
• Post payroll journals from Capium into QuickBooks, including manual entries when required.
• Follow client-specific SOPs and Loom training videos.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and provide daily work updates.
• Experience supporting clients in the following sectors is preferred:
• Construction & Contractors - including CIS
• Consulting & Professional Services
• Motor Trade / Used Car Businesses - including VAT Margin Scheme
• Other small and medium-sized UK businesses

What We're Looking For:

• Level 2 candidate with 1+ year of UK bookkeeping/accountancy practice experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Dext.
• Exposure to Briefcase and Capium preferred.
• Good understanding of UK bookkeeping, VAT and basic CIS.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills.
