As a UI/UX Specialist, you'll help shape how customers and employees interact with our products every day. From ecommerce storefronts and checkout experiences to internal business tools and AI-powered platforms, you'll design experiences that are not only visually polished but thoughtfully crafted around user behavior. You'll work closely with developers, marketers, ecommerce managers, and creative teams to transform ideas into intuitive user experiences. Every project begins with understanding the problem before designing the solution, and every design decision should improve usability, conversion, or efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user psychology, interaction design, and conversion optimization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces for ecommerce websites, internal platforms, and web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Improve customer journeys across product pages, collections, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
• Design dashboards and internal tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct UX research using analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
• Work closely with marketing teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Continuously iterate designs based on performance data and user behavior.
• Stay current with emerging UI trends, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted design tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, ecommerce, or SaaS design projects.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual systems.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple devices.
• Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and developer-ready design specifications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
