Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UI/UX Frontend Developer based in India.

This role combines strong UI/UX design thinking with hands-on frontend engineering, focusing on building intuitive, responsive, and scalable web interfaces for enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clean, user-friendly digital experiences while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems. The position requires close collaboration with backend engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications within a structured enterprise environment. You will work on modern, production-ready frontend systems using established web technologies and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on usability, consistency, and performance. The role is remote but aligned with a fixed international schedule, offering exposure to large-scale digital products used across multiple regions. This is an opportunity to shape user experiences in a high-impact enterprise setting while applying both design sensibility and technical frontend expertise. Your work will directly influence the usability and effectiveness of critical business applications.

Accountabilities

  • Design and develop responsive, intuitive, and scalable frontend interfaces for enterprise web applications with a strong focus on UX quality and usability.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional UI components and seamless user experiences.
  • Build and maintain frontend applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Develop and integrate frontend systems within an ASP.NET Core environment, ensuring smooth backend connectivity.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Contribute to UI/UX improvements and ensure design consistency across enterprise-scale digital products.

    • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development for web or enterprise applications.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
    • Proven experience working within an ASP.NET Core environment for frontend integration.
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to design user-centric digital experiences.
    • Experience developing responsive, scalable, and interactive enterprise-level web applications.
    • Ability to work closely with backend teams and translate requirements into functional UI solutions.
    • Strong communication skills with a professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
    • Ability to work effectively in structured enterprise environments and adapt to defined working schedules.
    • Bonus: prior experience working with GCC or Middle East clients and large-scale digital platforms.
