We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our vibrant, diverse team of international innovators, where creativity knows no bounds.

As our UI/UX Designer, you'll shape how customers experience our website and campaigns — designing pages and creatives that are visually polished, intuitive to navigate, and built to convert. You'll bring strong UI craft paired with a solid UX foundation, turning briefs and rough concepts into high-quality designs that balance beautiful visual design with real business impact.

  • Flexible Working Hours: Manage your schedule how it fits best for you—late-night productivity, early morning hustle, or everything in between.

  • Dynamic Work Environment: No two days are the same here. Embrace new challenges and excitement every day in a diverse, fast-paced workplace.
  • Make a Difference: Join our mission to help clients improve their health and live more fulfilling lives. It's not just a job - it's a chance to make a real impact!

Before you dive deeper, please note the following key points:

  • This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role

  • Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve product pages, ensuring they are visually compelling, clear, and easy to navigate.
  • Create campaign creatives that communicate our message clearly and encourage users to take action.
  • Redesign and improve existing areas of our website, identifying opportunities to improve the user experience, engagement, and conversion.
  • Take briefs, ideas, and campaign concepts and turn them into polished, high-quality designs.
  • Use your UX knowledge to determine where key information, CTAs, trust elements, benefits, and other conversion elements should be placed.
  • Think through the user journey when designing new pages, making sure the flow feels natural and without friction.
  • Help keep our visual design consistent across the website and different campaign experiences.
  • Adapt and improve designs quickly based on feedback and business priorities.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and work well across desktop and mobile.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital and web design work.
  • Strong UI design skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.
  • Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC brands is highly valuable (bonus if in health or supplements).
  • Good understanding of UX principles and conversion-optimised design.
  • Ability to balance strong visual design with user experience and business goals.
  • Good understanding of conversion principles and how design can influence user behavior and decision-making.
  • Experience designing responsive websites for both desktop and mobile.
