UI/UX Designer — Web Technologies Competence Group
Location: Poland (Hybrid model)

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer (B2B) to join our Web Technologies Competence Group on a part‑time basis (approx. 50% involvement). In the longer term, the engagement model is flexible and may evolve dynamically, depending on project needs. There is also a possibility to join additional projects and extend the level of involvement over time.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of UX/UI Designers, Front-End Developers and Mobile Engineers, contributing to modern, intuitive digital solutions delivered for international clients.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial UI/UX environment
• Practical knowledge of UI/UX design principles and usability standards
• Experience with WCAG accessibility guidelines (min. WCAG 2.0)
• Solid experience with Figma and Adobe XD
• Proficiency with graphic tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience working with material design systems
• Understanding of application development methodology
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills (min. B2)
• Availability to work on a B2B basis with part‑time engagement (~50%)

• Create application designs based on client requirements and provided documentation.
• Transform requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces aligned with modern UI/UX principles.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency, scalability and usability.
