About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
A year and a half ago, we launched a new ambitious new AI project, where we are building a next-generation IDE powered by modern LLM agents — an intelligent environment for software development and design. We are growing rapidly, already have a strong team of engineers, and are now looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Designer to help make our product as seamless as possible for users.
This is a startup within a stable company — the perfect balance of innovation and support. We’ve already reached MVP and are now in the stage of internal testing before going to market. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the project and enjoy full creative freedom in designing interfaces.
We operate in GMT+3, with daily team standups at 12:00.

Tasks

• UI/UX design for web services and mobile applications.
• Design and prototyping of landing pages, promo pages, and small websites.
• Creation of marketing materials: banners, presentations, visuals for social media.
• Preparation of animations (UI transitions, promo videos, intros/teasers).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX and digital design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work with After Effects / Animate / Principle (or similar tools) for animation.
• Ability and willingness to use AI in daily work.
• Understanding of web development basics (knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers is a plus).
• Portfolio with real projects (required).
• English level B1 or higher and fluent Russian.
