The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user experiences for a modern AI enabled SaaS Dealer Management PlatformYou will shape how customers interact with our platform, translating complex dealer workflows into simple, efficient, and visually engaging digital experiences. The role combines user experience (UX)research, flows, usabilitywith user interface (UI)visual design, interaction patterns, and design systems.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders, using an AI driven approach, you will ensure our platform delivers bestinclass usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand workflows, behaviours, and pain points across dealer operations
Identify opportunities where AI can augment or automate user tasks
Develop user personas, journey maps, and behavioural insights that include human-AI interaction scenarios
Analyse how users interact with both traditional UI and AI-driven features
Define user journeys, workflows, and information architecture
Design hybrid workflows where users collaborate with AI systems (e.g. recommendations, predictions, automation triggers)
Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models
Simplify complex business processes (e.g. service workflows, inventory, financials) into intuitive experiences
Produce high-quality UI designs including layouts, components, and design specifications
Ensure consistency across the platform through design systems and style guides
Create accessible, responsive, and modern interfaces aligned to brand standards
Using AI, create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts quickly
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
Partner with product teams to test assumptions and refine experiences
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and design reviews
Ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs
Contribute to sprint planning and iterative delivery cycles
Continuously refine designs based on real-world feedback and usage data
Actively participate in stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Monitor UX metrics (e.g. adoption, completion rates, churn drivers)
Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and SaaS best practices
Drive improvements in onboarding, usability, and overall customer experience
Qualifications Required
Educated to Degree standard or equivalent and/or have equivalent work experience.
A portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, design process and visual design skills, developed through academic work, personal projects and/or early professional experience.
Experience Required
Experience designing B2B and B2C SaaS applications
Experience of conducting research, journey mapping and usability testing
Producing prototypes using AI tools
Maintaining a style guide to enforce UI/UX consistency across a suite of applications
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Understanding of design systems, accessibility and responsive design
Working knowledge of modern front-end UI implementation patterns, including familiarity with at least one CSS framework (e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Foundation).
Awareness of component-based JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular), and how design decisions translate into reusable UI components.
Strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills including experience of communicating with customers.
Comfortable working in an evolving, experimental AI-driven environment
Ability to work independently on defined tasks within a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
Suitable for someone who
Interested in AI and understand how it can be used to shorten the design and feedback loop.
Has worked on UX/UI design in a previous role
Is curious about front-end implementation and is enthusiastic for collaborating with engineers to turn designs into production-ready interfaces.
Enjoys solving usability problems and iterating designs based on feedback.
Is comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering colleagues.
Takes ownership of defined design tasks and follows them through to delivery.
