As a
UI/UX Designer
at Aspire, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and customer needs. You will conduct user research, transform insights into engaging designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products across web and mobile platforms.
What You'll Do

Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and customer journey maps.

Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces optimized for web and mobile applications.

Create user stories, interaction flows, and design specifications for development teams.

Identify usability issues and propose effective, user-centered design solutions.

Apply UX best practices through rapid prototyping, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design improvements.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and clients throughout the design lifecycle.

Ensure designs follow accessibility, responsiveness, and modern UI/UX standards.

Present design concepts and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

Maintain design systems and contribute to a consistent user experience across products.

Stay current with UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within enterprise or digital product environments.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Experience designing responsive, mobile-first user experiences.

Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), design thinking, usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive designs.

Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into user-focused designs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Banking, FinTech, or large-scale enterprise experience is preferred.

Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality.
