A multi-channel Realtime Gamification and Marketing Loyalty Platform is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the team and have the opportunity to work on a variety of design challenges and be involved from early-stage research and ideation to the final delivery that creates great experiences.
The company's product enables companies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue by providing personalized marketing and retention tools mainly for the iGaming and Fintech industries.

What you'll be doing...
- Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows etc
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how features function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
What's needed from you?
- At least 2+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and others
- Experience with tools like Wireframe, Figma or similar
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
- An open, flexible and adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasks in an area of emerging, new technologies and approaches
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – Must!
- Patient, active listener with passion for service.
