Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and mobile.
Experience designing enterprise, financial services, or insurance products is an advantage.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Interaction Design & Prototyping
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and enhancements; iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability test results before handoff to engineering.
UI Design & Design System
Produce high-fidelity UI designs aligned with SLI brand standards; maintain and evolve the Sales Hub design system and component library to ensure visual consistency across web and mobile surfaces.
Design Handoff & Engineering Collaboration
Prepare detailed design specifications for handoff to website and mobile engineers; participate in sprint reviews to validate implementation accuracy and provide design QA feedback.
Stakeholder Alignment
Present design concepts and rationale to the Product Manager and business stakeholders; facilitate design review sessions and incorporate feedback through structured revision cycles.
