What are you accountable for?
Develops and implements UIUX designs while adhering to an overall Maxis UIUX policies, process and standards. Also collaborates with the various business and systems owners within Maxis to ensure that the produced UIUX designs are able to assist in achieving the desired business results.
Serves as an input to qualitative and quantitative user experience data gathering efforts including working with the data and IT stakeholders to ensure that key performance indicators of user experience are readily captured.
In close collaboration with stakeholders along the digital value chain (business, tech and channels), produces clearly articulated UIUX strategies, concepts, prototypes and final solutions.
Manages relationships with the corresponding internal stakeholders/product owners with regards to UIUX requirements and design-based thinking for the company.
A contributing member of an internal full-stack design team and regularly provides guidance on user requirements prioritization, scheduling and presentations
Advocates for the end user by influencing decisions to ensure that products, solutions and design decisions are aligned with well-defined user needs and expectations.
What do you need to have for the role?
Bachelor’s Degree
Specialized in: Visual Design/Business/IT
Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years
Total Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years in User Experience/User Interface Design:
Worked with qualitative and quantitative usability measurement methodologies
Proven experience in front-end UIUX digital channel implementations like application development, web solutions and business support system
