JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 - 5 years of related experience in the role
• Must-have Knowledge and hands-on experience of Figma usage, Azure DevOps and working in an Agile environment/project
• Work with business analyst and product owners to understand requirements and propose design solutions
• Translate mock-up’s to high fidelity designs
• Work on complex requirements and design with usability, accessibility in mind
• Experience with design system or library is a plus
• Good facilitator and communicator
• Organized, can work independently and is a team player
• Problem solver
• With drive to continuously drive self-development
• With potential to lead and mentor
