Job Title: UI UX Designer

A leading IT and digital transformation company is seeking a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join their team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and enterprise applications, including solutions built on low-code platforms such as Mendix.
1- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design for web or enterprise applications.
2- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process (research, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design).
3- Expert proficiency in Figma
4- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and design thinking principles.
5- Experience in user research and usability testing with ability to translate insights into design decisions.
6- Ability to design for both LTR (English) and RTL (Arabic) interfaces
