Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our ECM (Enterprise Content Management) project team. The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs that align with compliance and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to understand project requirements.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma (or similar tools).
• Build UI layouts for the ECM custom Angular interface.
• Ensure designs meet NCAR/KSA compliance requirements for usability and accessibility.
• Work closely with the development team to translate designs into responsive, functional interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain a consistent design system and style guide for ECM.
  

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (experience with ECM, DMS, or enterprise systems is a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS basics (Angular experience is a plus, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of usability standards, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past work in complex web applications.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under agile methodology (user stories, sprints).
